Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.

• Canada/Usa: Flat shipping fee of $20*. *Beyond Destination: Extra shipping fees may apply.

• You will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply.

• Other locations in the World : Contact-us for the shipping charges that applies.

• Canada and Usa orders are shipped on weekdays via Purolator Ground with tracking information
  International orders are shipped by regular postal services.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

• A pre-authorization charge is made at checkout to hold funds.

• The charge is captured when your order is processed.

• If canceled before shipment, the pre-authorization is voided, and funds are returned to your card.

• Processing times for refunds vary by card issuer (may take several days).
   

Addresses

• Ensure shipping addresses, email, and phone numbers are accurate at checkout.

• Inaccurate details may result in delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, or address correction fees.

• Note: We are not responsible for customs duties or brokerage fees; these are due upon receipt.

• Refused shipments may result in a refund minus shipping, duties, brokerage, and payment gateway fees.

Damaged Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at nrikwin@hotmail.com before signing for the package.

• For concealed damage, reach out once the package is opened.

• Photos and details of the damage are required for resolution.
